103.01.03.01 When specified in the Notice to Bidder, attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is a prequalification requirement. If there is a virtual meeting option, the virtual address will be provided in the Notice to bidders. When the Notice to Bidders specifies that the pre-Bid Conference is mandatory, the contractor who plans to submit a bid must attend the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference. Failure of the prospective bidders to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will cause the bidder’s submission to be rejected.
