Stafford Parking Lot) in the OCAT conference room at 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2025. Enter the facility through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection CVI Gate (5935 SW 74th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73169) and allow extra time to gain access to the campus. The only planned site visit will immediately follow the Pre-Bid Conference.
