A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the date and time provided within the Estimated Timeline via Microsoft Teams. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is not pre-requisite for a bidder to be considered to be prequalified for contract award. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the RFB and Bid Documents, explain and answer any questions concerning the RFB and to receive any requests for amendment to the RFB as suggested by interested Bidders. Trust makes no assurances that any such requested amendments will be incorporated into the RFB. In order to assure you have credit for attendance, at the beginning of the meeting, you will be required to provide your information to the Airport designated representative conducting the meeting. Trust is not bound by any oral statements made at the pre-bid meeting. Any changes to the Bid Documents and its terms and conditions herein are only effective when made by written addenda. Emailed requests for this meeting must be received by May 30, 2025 by 5:00 PM CDT.
