A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference for the subject project will be held at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Building 226 (west side of the Thomas P. Stafford Parking Lot) in the OCAT conference room at 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2025. Enter the facility through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection CVI Gate (5935 SW 74th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73169) and allow extra time to gain access to the campus. The only planned site visit will immediately follow the Pre-Bid Conference.
