Description

Request for Information regarding the development or implementation of an employee wellness program specifically designed to address secondary traumatic stress (STS) and related workplace trauma for support case managers operating in Oklahoma City. Given the high risk of exposure of case managers to client trauma and adverse events, there is a
critical need for structured wellness initiatives that both prevent secondary trauma and support resilience among our support case manager staff. We are interested in programs that incorporate trauma-informed principles, promote mental health, and provide practical tools and resources to enhance staff well-being.
