The Wayne County Board of Education is soliciting informal bids for the construction of a chain link fence at Southern Wayne High School. Exact specifications and details are included as attachments to this solicitation and bidder must be or employ a licensed general contractor. The Board will accept bids until August 26 at 12:00 PM. Bids may be sent through email or by mail to: Attn: Dr. Gary Hales, 2001 E. Royall Avenue, Goldsboro, NC, 27634. The Board will award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. All bids and resulting contracts are subject to the Wayne County Board of Education’s Standard Terms and Conditions which are included with this solicitation. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any minor deviations or defects. Interested bidders may contact Mrs. Kelly Carter, Principal at Southern Wayne High School, to set up a time to tour the property if necessary.”
