The Town of Spruce Pine ("Town") is seeking qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive professional services for the following project: 1) Design of a New Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) – Plan, design, permit, bid, and provide construction administration for a new WWTP that will replace the destroyed facility (collectively “Project”). The selected firm will assist the Town with preliminary engineering, environmental reviews, funding coordination, cost estimating, value engineering, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for the Project.
