Sealed proposals for completion of the Southwest Elementary School Fire Alarm System Replacement will be received on November 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM, in the office of the Onslow County School District, Operations and Facilities Division, Meeting Room #4, 200 Broadhurst Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540. All bids will be opened and read aloud starting at 2:00 PM. All times are local prevailing times.
Complete plans and specifications may be obtained from Cheatham and Associates, P.A., 3412 Enterprise Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405, (910) 452-4210 during normal office hours beginning 8:00 AM, October 20, 2025. Electronic copies of the documents can be obtained at no charge via Cheatham and Associates Dropbox by emailing request to: admin@cheathampa.com.

Onslow County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the School System. Onslow County Schools also reserves the right to require any bidder to submit information needed to determine if said bidder is responsible within the meaning of N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-129.
