The Durham County Purchasing Division is pleased to announce the introduction of our new online eBid System.
This intuitive, web-based platform features an electronic supplier registration process, allowing vendors to efficiently complete registration online.
 
There is no cost associated with utilizing this electronic system. We respectfully request that all current and prospective vendors register in the eBid System and select the commodity codes pertinent to their business offerings. This will ensure that vendors automatically receive email notifications when new solicitations are issued by the Purchasing Division. Please note that, at this time, vendors are still required to submit solicitation responses in hard copy.
