Per NCGS 143-129 sealed bids for Demolition Services - Wilson Mall – 1501 Ward Blvd. CITY OF WILSON BID NUMBER 2526-18, will be received from providers/contractors by the City of Wilson, Purchasing Office (hereinafter called the “City”) in the Purchasing Office at the City Operations Center 1800 Herring Avenue, Wilson, North Carolina 27893 on the date above/herein/attached which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Ricky Wilson, Purchasing Manager, City of Wilson. The project name and bid number as well as the name, address and license number of the Bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope. This project may include federal funding and as such federal provisions apply. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. The City will not discriminate against any bidder submitting a bid because of race, creed, color, national origin or handicap.
