Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in the process of purchasing jerseys for youth basketball and jerseys and hats for youth baseball. We would like to give and opportunity for your agency to bid on the following items to be purchased by May 31, 2009. 

Please take the time to reviewthe following request and consider pending your availability. We will begin accepting bidson Tuesday; October 27, 2009 at 5pm, the bidding process will end on Monday; November 2, 2009 at 12 pm. Submited quote must include items to be purchased, screen charges, setup fees, embroidery charges, shipping and handling, and grand total. Please itemize and list separately the following items: *250 - Augusta 50/50 Sleeveless "Shooter" shirts with print on the front, number on the back and sponsor on the back. 

*850 - Gildan Heavy weight 100% cotton t-shirts ith print on the front, number on the back and sponsor on the back. 

*950 - Augusta Micro Mesh hats with one color embroidered lobo.
