Summary of Specifications:
I. Quotes Due All quotes are due on 5/27/2015 by 4:00 a.m. for the purchase of WALL MATS. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
II. Qualifications The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do business in the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
III. Rights The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
IV. Inspection All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery.
V. Quotes to be Retained Quotes are to remain valid through 06/27/15.

100 running feet of 5' tall padding. Padding is backed by 7/16" osb with foam that is two inches thick. Padding repeats at 2' wide, sized to fit each run.
