Waiver of Bidding for Previously Bid Contracts

The City of Jacksonville will consider a Waiver of Bidding for Previously Bid Contracts under G.S. 143-129(g) at its regular meeting on August 16, 2016 for the purchase of two (2) Rear loading refuse collection trucks from Triple T Parts & Equipment Company the seller having agreed to extend to the City of Jacksonville the same or more favorable price and terms set forth in its contract with the City of Jacksonville entered into on November 17, 2015.
