The City of is seeking proposals to update the Transit System Development Plan and Transit System Travel Survey for the Jacksonville Transit System in Jacksonville, NC. The Transit System Development Plan will include a five-year operation and financial strategy. The Transit Service Travel Survey component of this project will include the collection and analysis of ridership data, assessment of operator compliance with established policies, identification of unmet transit needs and recommendations for service improvements.
