Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is in need of Televisions for the New Center for Public Safety Building. Listed below are the size, quantity and features needed for the new building. We are also looking for a minimum 2 year warranty that insures TVs in a commercial setting and covers the following but not limited to: uniform pixel repair, burn-in coverage, reinstallation, normal wear and tear, dust, heat and humidity, power surge and no-lemon guarantee. Delivery and Installation will be needed and will need to be scheduled during our normal business hours of M-F 8am-5pm excluding holidays. Installation services should include at minimum review of scope of work, validate all equipment is present, unpack equipment and validate contents, validate system/device is working properly, remove boxes and packing materials and leave area in neat and clean condition. Electrical connections will be ready for equipment to connect outside of the wall, no conduit or additional wiring will be necessary. Please provide a quote that includes the cost of the televisions, tilt only wall mounts, delivery and install, and at least a 2 year warranty for televisions used in a commercial setting. The bid will Not be awarded solely on the lowest bidder but who meets the needs of the City the best.

The following disputes are not subject to mediation: i.) A dispute seeking a non-monetary recovery; and ii.) A dispute seeking a monetary recovery of $15,000 or less.
