Interested bidders may provide a quote or complete and sign this Request for Quote and email to cbaysden@jacksonvillenc.gov, or deliver to Christy Baysden at the Public Services Department at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

If not currently a Vendor for The City of Jacksonville, the successful bidder must provide a Vendor Application and W-9 to the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Taxes will not be shown on Purchase Order; however, such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices. The Vendor must accept City of Jacksonville Purchase Order and the Terms and Conditions.
