Summary of Specifications:
Onslow County and the Jacksonville Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (JUMPO) are seeking proposals from professional consulting firms for a community planning effort for an area known as Sneads Ferry - located within the southeastern portion of unincorporated Onslow County. A map of the proposed study area has been attached for reference. Proposals should be formulated based upon the guidance provided below, with the expectation that the project include both land use and transportation planning components and be completed prior to June 30, 2014.
