Summary of Specifications:
The Jacksonville Recreation and Parks Department is in need of screened topsoil delivered to the Richard Ray All American Park at the Jacksonville Commons. We are not sure how many loads of topsoil is needed, but request that each vendor be prepared to to deliver no less than 40 tandem loads of screened topsoil.
