**Specifications attached. (Sample must be provided upon request). **The quotation must include shipping F.O.B. Jacksonville Fire Department. ** Each member will receive (2) Short Sleeve Work, (1) Long Sleeve Work and (2) Work Pants. **After each member has received their order the remaining items on the Purchase Order will be ordered as stock items.

Note: Prices will be good through June 30, 2008. An order can be placed anytime throughout the year.
