Summary of Specifications:
This describes the terms and conditions for Grass Mowing Services as listed herein. The work shall include furnishing all safety equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary for the prosecution and completion of the work. It is the bidder’s responsibility to dispose of the trash and debris collected in a responsible and appropriate manner.
All proposals are to be returned to Mr. Jeff Maready by 10:00 AM on June 23, 2008 at the Public Services Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The City encourages all interested bidders to inspect the proposed areas for maintenance.
This Request for Proposals encompasses various grass mowing areas as well as the City’s trail maintenance. The City will enter into contract with one or more bidders for the execution of the described work.
The City has the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that bid or bids which appear to be in the owner's best interest.
