Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville Community Development Division is seeking a proposal for the purchase, design, development and operation of the City owned land and an adjacent parcel known as the Onslow Inn Site for redevelopment. The City will accept and evaluate your development proposal consisting of a high value hotel and convention space with public amentieies or other economic development project consistent with the adopted Jacksonville Downtown Master Plan.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
