The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for the residential construction of 527 New River Drive located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:

Description: The work includes all equipment, labor, material, and services required for the Community Development Residential Rehabilitation Project– 527 New River Drive as described in the supplied project description, specifications and drawings.

All bids are to be returned to Jeffrey Walters by 4:00 PM on May 21, 2010 at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.

A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled on May 17, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the job site – 527 New River Drive, Jacksonville NC.

The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
