The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Pump Station and Well House Gates and Valves Project located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
The Pump Station and Well House Gates and Valves Project include various upgrades and equipment replacements specific to individual facilities. The project involves 10 facilities at locations throughout the Jacksonville, NC area. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of gate valves, slide gates, check valves and pressure transducers. The work includes all equipment, labor, material, and services required for the Pump Station and Well House Gates and Valves Project as described in the supplied technical specifications and contract documents.
All bids are to be returned to Jim Higgins by 4:00 PM on August 11, 2009 at the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
