The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Pavilion Roof and Painting Project located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: The project consists of the replacement of the asphalt shingle roof systems and painting of three picnic pavilions located at Northeast Creek Park and Wilson Bay Park and the interior painting of the Northwoods Recreation Center, located in Jacksonville, NC. The work includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof systems, installation of new underlayment, drip edge and asphalt shingles and the painting of exterior surfaces at the three pavilions and the preparation and painting of the interior surfaces at the recreation center. The work includes all equipment, labor, material, and services required for the replacement of the asphalt shingle roof systems and painting as described in the project specifications.
All bids are to be returned to Jim Higgins by 5:00 PM on October 30, 2009 at the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
