The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Firearms Training Range Project located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: The Firearms Training Range Improvements Project includes grading of the site, installation of concrete slabs, drainage pipe, and pavement marking and signing. The project is located at 110 Stillwood Road in Onslow County, NC. The project consists of grading, forming and pouring of two large concrete pads of approximately 8610 square feet, eighty linear feet of drainage ditches and pipe, precise painted lines and markings, thirty-two custom aluminum signs and support posts and sodding of the graded areas. The work includes all equipment, labor, material, and services required for the Firearms Training Range Improvements Project as described in the supplied project description, plans and contract documents.
All bids are to be returned to Jim Higgins by 3:00 PM on March 11, 2010 at the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled at 9:00 AM on March 2, 2010 in Johnson Boulevard Conference Room at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street. A site visit will immediately follow this meeting.
