Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for the 301 Marine Boulevard Building Demolition Project located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: The Work consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of a one story brick building and all related improvements, installation of select fill, re-grading of the property and seeding. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials and all else required for the project as described in the supplied project description, specifications, drawings and contract documents.
All bids are to be returned to Deanna Young by 5:00 PM on March 22, 2012 at the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on site at 301 Marine Boulevard on March 9, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of the Engineering Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
