The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for Residential Construction - 151 Georgetown Rd located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
Description: The Community Development Division is soliciting bids for the Residential Construction of a single-family home at 151 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC. This 1,065 square foot single family house shall consist of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home will be constructed using the floor plans provided by the City of Jacksonville.
All bids are to be returned to Jeff Walters by 4:00 PM on September 2, 2011 at the Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. A Pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on August 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the project location, 151 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Community Development Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment. Printed plans are available upon request for the non-refundable fee of $10.00 or at no charge in electronic (PDF) form.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
