The Jacksonville Recreation and parks Department is in the process of adding additional office space. We would like to give an opportunity for your agency to bid on the following job to be completed by March 5, 2012. Please take the time to review the following request and consider. We will begin accepting bids on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The bidding process will end on Friday, February, 10, 2012 at 5pm. The job will entail -Demo of the existing storage room wall. -Cap water and sewer line in mechanical room. -Frame new walls for storage and office room. -Hang and finish sheetrock. -Reuse H.M. door frame in storage room and install new H.M. frame w/wood door mortise lock set w/brush chrome finish. -Repair ceiling tile -Paint new wall and door frame. 1-coat prime; 2-coats finish stain and polyurethane door. -Install VCT in new office and vinyl base in office and storage room. -Install (1)new 2 x 4 lay in light in office room. -Relocate all necessary outlets. -Install box for telephone and data.
