Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville, NC is soliciting a Request for Proposals from Clearing and Grubbing Companies for site clearing and grubbing at the City of Jacksonville Commons Recreation Area.

The project includes the removal of trees and plant materials, complete grubbing and rough grading of an approximately 0.40 acre tract located at the softball field area at the The Jacksonville Commons Recreation Area located near 100 Recreation Loop.

Bid proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM, September 24, 2008 in the Engineering Division of City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street.

The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the best interest of the Owner.
