Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting proposals from qualified banking institutions to provide banking services, effective February 2014 for a period of four years ending December 2017 for both the City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Tourism Development Authority.
The objectives of this request for proposal are to identify the banking institutions that can offer the highest quality services at the lowest cost to the taxpayers. This objective is the same as all other goods and services placed on a competitive bidding approach by the City.
The Finance Department, upon request, will supply additional information, if available, at a preproposal conference for all the banking institutions interested in submitting a proposal. The preproposal conference will be held at 10:00 AM. on November 21, 2013 at City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street, in New Bridge St. Conference Room to answer questions about the engagement.
To be considered, three copies of a sealed, printed proposal must be received by Gayle Maides, Finance Director, at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, N.C. by 2:00 p.m. on December 9, 2013. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
