Summary of Specifications:
All quotes are due on 8/29/2014 no later than 12:00 p.m. for purchase of water and sewer line repair pairs (see attached list). Interested bidders may submit their quote by fax to (910) 938-6511 or deliver to Pete Deaver at the Utilities Maintenance Division located at 350-B South Marine Blvd., Jacksonville, NC 28540.

The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
