Sealed bids for the Purchase of 8,800 Brass Part-Circle Impact Sprinklers in JACKSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, BID NO. FY 07- 22 consisting of the following specification:
Description:
Brass Part-Circle Impact Sprinkler shall be of 180 degree rotation driven by an impact splash arm and spring. It shall be capable of a distribution pattern of 82 to 100 feet at a sprinkler base operating pattern of 35 PSI and a discharge rate of 3.0 to 3.5 GPM. Trajectory shall be 23 to 27 degrees. Nozzle size shall be 9/64”. Lower bearing thread shall be ½” or ¾” male. Sprinkler shall carry a minimum one-year Manufacturer’s Warranty on materials, workmanship, and performance and a minimum extended bearing warranty of at least two years.

Formal Bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Jacksonville in the New Bridge Street Conference Room, City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, North Carolina 28540 until 11 am on Thursday, June 7, 2007 and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
