Summary of Specifications:
The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for the Public Services Building A Exterior Painting Project located in Jacksonville, North Carolina:
• Description: The Work to be performed under the Contract includes exterior painting of Building A at 350 South Marine Boulevard from gutters to the knee wall; all doors and window frames; shelter canopy; and 29 bollards to include all necessary prep work.
All bids are to be returned to Allen Baker, Facilities Manager by 3:00 p.m. on October 1, 2015 at the Facilities Maintenance Division, 350-A South Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or obtained at the office of Allen Baker, Facilities Manager at the Facilities Maintenance Services Division, 350-A South Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Persons requesting shipment of documents shall bear the additional, non-refundable cost of shipment.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
