General Description- Provide Modular or Stick built house in accordance with plans that are included with this bid. If plans cannot be obtain by bidnet, Call 910-938-5286 for directions on picking up house plans. House will be 28 X 46 ft This house includes 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Kitchen and Dinning Room, Living Room, Front Porch, Back Stoop, Closets, Washer and Dryer area. This house shall be built with a craw space. The exterior of the house shall be constructed with vinyl siding . (Colors are to be picked by Community Development and Owner). Special Notes: 1. New bidders will need vendor’s application completed within 48 hours. 2. Certificate of Insurance is due within 48 hours of award of bid. 3.
