I. Quotes Due All quotes are due on or before March 10, 2010, at 8am for PROCUREMENT OF 14 GA. THHN CONDUCTORS. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either fax it to (910) 938-6472 or deliver to Mr. Jeff Maready at the Public Services Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
II. Qualifications The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
III. Rights The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest. Owner reserves the right to award all or part of this Request for Quotes.
IV. Inspection All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Building Maintenance Supervisor or designee at time of delivery.
V. Purchase Type This is an all or none single purchase.
VI. Delivery All products will be delivered to the City of Jacksonville, Public Services Complex, 350A South Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
