- Quotes Due
All quotes are due on 5/11/2016 by 2:00 p.m. for the purchase of POLICE UNIFORMS. Interested bidders must sign the attached Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
- Qualifications
If not currently a Vendor for The City of Jacksonville, the successful bidder must provide a Vendor Application and W-9 to the City of Jacksonville . The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is
not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
- Rights
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
- Inspection
All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery.
- Quotes to be Retained
Quotes are to remain valid through 6/11/16.

- Payment Terms and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
The City agrees to pay all approved invoices Net Thirty (30) days from the date received and approved. The City does not agree to the payment of late charges or finance charges assessed by the seller for any reason. By accepting a City of Jacksonville Purchase Order, Vendors agrees to all Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Order. These are available upon request via email.

Charge 7% sales tax.
Delivered to the City of Jacksonville Police Department, Attention Sergeant Charles Torman, 200 Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28540 30 to 45 days from date of Purchase Order.
