All quotes are due on 8/18/2016 by 9:00 a.m. for the purchase of POLICE BALLISTIC VESTS. Interested bidders must sign the attached Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540. The quantities listed are not guaranteed to be purchased. These vests will be fitted and ordered at various times throughout our fiscal year (July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017) to be delivered as needed through June 30, 2017.
