Request for Proposal Outdoor Movie Package September 22, 2010 I. Introduction This describes the terms and conditions for complete outdoor movie screen package to include the inflatable screen, audio equipment and projection system. The package shall include furnishing all equipment, materials, and on site training of equipment. All proposals must include make and model of all equipment. Photos would also be welcome.
II. Proposal Due All proposals are to be returned to Mrs. Susan Baptist by 3:00 PM on September 30, 2010 at the Recreation and Parks Department located at 100 Recreation Lane, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Proposal will be accepted in electronic, facsimile and original formats.
III. Specifications Screen: 25 X 20 inflatable movie screen frame. 20x12 seamless front and rear screen, 16:9 aspect ration with clip on/off convenience 2 blowers Screen bag Apporiate number of ropes, stakes, mallets, tarps.

VII. Award of Bid The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, taking into consideration quality and performance.
IX. Rights The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner’s best interest.
