Summary of Specifications:
All quotes are due on 5/14/2015 by 10:00 a.m. for the purchase of NATIONAL NIGHT OUT PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either email it to astewart@jacksonvillenc.gov or deliver to Angela Stewart at the Finance Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The successful bidder must be properly licensed to do business in the City of Jacksonville. The City is exempt from Federal Excise Tax. Our Federal Tax Identification Number is 56-6000232. The City is not exempt from NC State & County Sales Tax. Such taxes shall be shown as a separate item on all invoices.
The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
All materials/supplies shall be the subject of inspection by the Project Manager at time of delivery.
Quotes are to remain valid through 06/11/2015.

These are promotional items that will be used as giveaways during the City Of Jacksonville’s National Night Out. All items must contain the official National Night Out Logo. This logo is trademarked and anyone submitting must have the proper permissions and authorizations to utilize such trade marking through the National Association of Town Watches.
