Contract Mowing Summer 2004 - 4/1/04 - 9/30/04 1. U.S. 17 North Gateway (Moore Buick)- Mow every two weeks, including litter removal, string trim, and weeds from flowerbeds. 2. Gum Branch Gateway (Progress Energy) - Mow every two weeks, including litter removal, string trim and weeds from flowerbeds. 3. Triangle Gateway (U.S. 17 South & U.S. 258) - Mow every two weeks, including litter removal,string trim and weeds from flowerbeds. 4. Old Bridge Gateway (U.S. 17 South & Old Bridge St) - Mow every two weeks, including litter removal, string trim and weeds from flowerbeds. 5. Mow from New Bridge St. to Chaney Creek Bridge. Behind Middle School and Canna St. to include Chaney Ave Gateway. Every week, including litter removal, string trim and weeds from flowerbeds. 6. U.S. 17 North from Chaney Creek to Bell Fork Rd., and Marine Plaza (Miracle Ln and U.S. 17) - Every two weeks, including litter removal and string trim. 7. Fire Station #4 - Mow every week, litter removal and string trim. Training area every two weeks and shoulder mowing from Gateway North to housing area, left side only. Pond area (inside fence) once a month. 8. City Industrial Area - Mow every two weeks, to include grass swells and road shoulders. Litter removal and string trim, edge of curbing maintained. 9. Brookdale Plaza - Indian Dr. to Cardinal Rd. - Mow every two weeks, Litter removal and string trim. LIABILITY INSURANCE OF ONE MILLION DOLLARS REQUIRED AND NECESSARY SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.
