Summary of Specifications:
I. Introduction and General Description of Work
The City of Jacksonville, NC is soliciting Proposals for installation of a prefabricated metal building and associated site work at the Jacksonville Commons Recreation Center, located at 100 Recreation Loop in Jacksonville, NC. The project consists of, but is not limited to; design, fabrication and construction of a 1080 square foot prefabricated metal building, construction drawings, site work, utilities and required landscaping.
II. Submission of Proposals
The Proposal Form provided herein shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as “Proposal – Jacksonville Commons Recreation Center Storage Building.” It shall be accompanied by supporting written materials as described below. The Proposal shall be submitted to the City of Jacksonville at the following address:

Supporting written materials shall be submitted on a maximum of 5 double sided 8½” x 11” sheets, exclusive of price proposal and drawings. Drawings can be provided using 8½” x 11” sheets, D-size plan sheets or half size reproductions of D-size sheets.
Five (5) copies of each proposal shall be provided.
Proposals must be received before 5:00 PM on June 14, 2012.
