All quotes are due on February 24, 2015 by 4:00 PM. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Quotes and either fax it to (910) 938-5031 or deliver to Roy Bredahl at the Transportation Services Division at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
The City of Jacksonville is requesting quotes for an Interactive Voice Response Module Software. Onslow United Transit System, Inc. recently acquired and installed Trip Master Software, offered by CTS-Software, Inc. City of Jacksonville would like to expand the capability of this software to include an Interactive Voice Response System in order to improve passenger convenience. This software must be fully web based operating on a SQL database for added security. This system should be user friendly and should be flexible and scalable to current and future demands. It should be able to interface with Advanced Vehicle Location and Automated Scheduling.
Communication in connection with this contract shall be in writing only and shall be limited during the period of advertisement to the formal submission of questions. All such written questions shall be delivered by email to rbredahl@jacksonvillenc.gov on or before February 23, 2015. Telephone calls and other informal communication will not be permitted during the advertisement period in order to ensure fair competition among prospective vendors. Prospective vendors are encouraged to submit substantive questions, comments and concerns.
