Bid Specifications for 3 Ton Wall Mounted Heat Pump Systems:

Daikin FTX36NVJU/RX36NMVJUA or equivalent

Quantity: Two (2) Complete Systems
Unit Size – 3 ton
Permits are the responsibility of the selected vendor
All necessary equipment & material are the responsibility of the selected vendor
Removal & disposal of old units
Installation of new units to include all hookups required for fully functional operation (Line Sets, Drain Line & Hanging Hardware)
Work to be performed during normal hours of operation 7am to 4pm
Work to be completed two (2) weeks from delivery date of all materials
All Material, Labor & Management of this project is the responsibility of the selected vendor

Bids are to remain valid for at least thirty (30) days after the RFB due date. The City agrees to pay all approved invoices Net Thirty (30) days from the date received and approved. The City does not agree to the payment of late charges or finance charges assessed by the seller for any reason. By accepting a City of Jacksonville Purchase Order, Vendors agrees to all Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Order attached herewith as Exhibit 1.
