Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION: The City of Jacksonville is requesting proposals for HVAC Maintenance Services at the Center for Public Services building located at 200 Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, North Carolina. A complete Scope of Work is included in this Request for Proposal under the Bid Proposal section, and Exhibit A - Equipment Specifications.
PROPOSALS DUE: All proposals are to be returned to by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Interested bidders must sign this Request for Proposal and either fax it to (910) 938-455-6825, or deliver it to Allen Baker, 350-A South Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. in the lobby of the Center for Public Safety, 200 Marine Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28540.
TERM: The initial term of this agreement is for a timeframe beginning November 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 with an option to renew beginning July 1, 2016 for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
