Summary of Specifications:
Renovate flooring in existing room and hallways that currently include tile and carpet flooring. Replace floor with a vinyl plank, snap connect, flooring material. Total renovation are is approximately 4,864 sq feet to include a large social hall and adjoining hallways. Description of work includes: patch and prep of flooring, removal of carpet and covebase, installation of laminate flooring, installation of 5" cove molding in Choate Room (900 lin. ft) and hallways (160 lin. ft.). Specs of floor requested: 1. Commercial Grade Vinyl Flooring (waterproof) 2. Click Connect 3. Free floating floor- no adhesive required 4. Commercial Warranty 10 years or better
