Description

Request for Quote-Athletic fencing repairs
The Jacksonville Recreation & Parks Department is requesting quotes for the repair of fences damaged during Hurricane Florence which are located at a number of local athletic facilities.  

Winning bidder will be responsible for making repairs to fences and complete all repairs within 30 days of bid award notice.
FEDERAL FUNDS: IF THE SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR THIS   
CONTRACT IS FEDERAL FUNDS, THE FOLLOWING FEDERAL 
PROVISIONS APPLY PURSUANT TO 2 C.F.R. § 200.326  
AND 2 C.F.R. PART 200, APPENDIX II (AS           
APPLICABLE):                                     
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (41 C.F.R. PART 60);
DAVIS-BACON ACT (40 U.S.C. 3141-3148); COPELAND  
"ANTI-KICKBACK" ACT (40 U.S.C. 3145); CONTRACT   
WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT (40 U.S.C. 
  3701-3708); CLEAN AIR ACT (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671Q.)
AND THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (33

THE UNIFORM RULES AUTHORIZE FEMA TO REQUIRE

CONTRACTS. PURSUANT TO THIS AUTHORITY, THE       
FOLLOWING FEMA PROVISIONS APPLY (AS APPLICABLE): 
CHANGES (2 C.F.R. § 200.326 AND 2 C.F.R. PART    
200, APPENDIX II, REQUIRED CONTRACT CLAUSES),    
ACCESS TO RECORDS (DHS STANDARD T&C'S V.3.0, XXVI 
2013) DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY SEAL, LOGO,
AND FLAGS (DHS STANDARD T&C'S V.3.0, XXV 2013),   
COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAW, REGULATIONS, AND    
EXECUTIVE ORDERS, NO OBLIGATION BY FEDERAL       
GOVERNMENT, PROGRAM FRAUD AND FALSE OR FRAUDULENT 
STATEMENTS OR RELATED ACTS (31 U.S.C. CHAP. 38).
