RFP- FY2013 Floor Servic - FY 2013 Floor Service

Summary of Specifications:
The Recreation and Parks Department for the City of Jacksonville is requesting proposals (RFP) for the floor maintenance at six (6) Recreation and Parks facilities in Jacksonville, NC. The contract period will begin on July 15, 2012 and have duration of twelve (12) months. 

A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 9:00 am. This meeting will begin at the Jacksonville Commons Recreation Center, 100 Recreation Lane, Jacksonville, NC and continue with visits to each of the six (6) facilities listed in the RFP scope. All contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. 

The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
