The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for the following:

 1- Duplex Pump Control Panel for the Utility Complex Pump Station.  The voltage is 120/208Y, Three Phase.  The pumps are Tsurumi, Model no. 100C42.2, 3 HP, 208V, 3 phase, 8.5 amp. 
 

1.  Duplex NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure with three point latch and inner door.
2. UL Listed Panel
3. Main control panel circuit breaker
4. Main power distribution block
5. Surge protector
6. Phase Monitor
7. Four float control system logic
8. Intrinsically safe float relays
9. Lag pump time delay relay
10. Individual Pump circuit breakers
11. Individual NEMA starters with overloads and auxiliary contacts for each pump
12. HOA switches for each pump
13. ETM’s for each pump
14. Manual pump run push buttons for each pump
15. Oil tight pilot lights and switches
16. Push to test LED style pilot lights
17. Pump alternator with selector switch
18. Labels for all lights, switches, pushbuttons, relays, etc…..
19. 115 vac circuit breakers as follows:  control power, condensation heater, GFCI receptacle, Mission Control transformer/RTU, two (2) spare 15 amp breakers.
20. Control panel condensation heater
21. GFCI receptacle, 15 amp
22. Pump over temp relays
23. All necessary relays
24. All necessary terminal blocks
25. All necessary fuses
26. Auxiliary contacts for monitoring the following:  pump run status, Pump Over temp, motor overload, phase failure and, high water alarm
27. Alarm circuitry to include the following: alarm light (Federal Signal model no. LP3P-120R, shipped loose owner will install), alarm horn, silence button , reset button.
28. Install Missions Wet Well Module and current sensors.
29. Interface wiring of Wet Well Monitoring Equipment within the Pump Control Panel.
