RFQ-0308 - Construction of parking lot on New Bridge Street P03-08

Summary of Specifications:
Grading the entire lot, undercutting and filling those areas that require sub-grade improvements as determined by proof rolls performed by the Contractor, installing approximately 550 LF of concrete C&G, 65 LF of concrete valley gutter, 165 LF of 5' wide concrete sidewalk, 2 cy concrete drainage flume, 300 cy of fill, 150 cy of top soil, 500 cy of select fill, 1,500 sy of 8" thick CABC stone, 1,500 sy of S-9.5B superpave asphalt. Relocate one fire hydrant approximately 10', seeding and restoration of the site. An alternate bid will also be received for an additional 2,200 sy of S-9.5B asphalt pavement, 2,200 sy of 8" Thick CABC stone, and 500 cy of select fill.
