Jacksonville Transit is seeking professional service firms to submit qualifications for construction management services related to its Multi-Modal Center. These services will cover the design development through construction administration phases. Services include but are not limited to construction project design review and evaluation, cost estimating services, value engineering, construction inspection, bid evaluation, project, cost-benefit analysis, constructability reviews, project reports, peer reviews, and general construction management and administration of a construction project. Knowledge and understanding of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 5010.1D, U.S.C 4220.1F, and the Construction Management Guidelines is required.
